2021 Bristol Craft Beer Festival tickets on sale on a Buy Now, Pay Later basis

You can reserve your spot at this year's Craft Beer Festival for just £1.

Events. Parties. Festivals. Remember them? It's been a long old while since we were able to get together without coronavirus restrictions, and almost a full year since the initial lockdown was introduced in the UK in late March.

Whether it's music, food, art or anything else, we're all missing our favourite festivals, but even after all this time there's no guarantee that things will fully return to normal in the coming months.

That's why, upon tentatively announcing their plans for this year's event, the Bristol Craft Beer Festival team are giving you the chance to reserve your ticket now (for just £1!) and pay in full later down the line.

Due to take place on slightly reshuffled dates of 11 & 12 June, the 2021 Bristol Craft Beer Festival represents another great opportunity for locals and visitors alike to sample some of the very best beers sourced from across the city and beyond.

Last year's socially-distanced beer festival got a great reception in September, and the event is eagerly anticipated by beer fans across the Westcountry year-round.

But what if the 2021 event can't go ahead? What happens if you buy your ticket now then Boris Johnson goes and announces another nationwide lockdown at the start of June?

Not to worry - this time around, to avoid any issues should the festival be unable to go ahead, BCBF organisers have launched a Buy Now, Pay Later ticketing scheme, allowing you to reserve your ticket for a quid then pay for it two weeks before the gates open.

In such uncertain times, the opportunity to secure your place at one of the city's best-loved festivals with no fear of losing out due to a cancellation, and have finally have something to look forward to after months of restrictions, should absolutely be jumped at.

We Are Beer founder Greg Wells at Bristol's Harbourside.

Unveiling the new ticketing system, Greg Wells, founder of We Are Beer, said: “We ran a socially distanced beer festival in September 2020 and it was amazing to be able to deliver an event which still had a great vibe, while following all the restrictions.

“We are lucky that our event lends itself to being flexible to meet any regulations and so we’re full steam ahead planning for the 2021 edition.

“We know how hard the last month has been for everyone, so we wanted to create something that gives peace of mind to our ticket buyers, but enables them to start making plans for the summer.”

In the build-up to this year's festival - should it be able to safely go ahead - the team will be taking all necessary steps to minimise risk to visitors, staff and exhibitors across the weekend.
