From the makers of Yuletide Tales, and Farmer Spudkin’s Stolen Pumpkin, comes another seasonal immersive adventure for all ages!

“Chicken and Rabbit are BEST friends. Such good friends, that rabbit is desperate to find chicken the perfect springtime gift… but it might not be as easy as he thinks!” So goes the premise for Ringo Rabbit's Eggstraordinary Egg Hunt – the new family theatre show from the Carnifølk, an immersive fantasy theatre collective based in Bristol.

Carnifølk are best known for their show, Carving’s Carnival, which takes place at the Volunteer Tavern, described by audiences as "Absolutely bonkers in a magical way. Unbelievably Bristol." and "The most amazing, wonderful and heart warming evening."

However, over the last year Carnifølk have branched out into a series of family-friendly adventures, much to children’s delight, and parents’ acclaim. Shows have included the Halloween mystery Farmer Spudkin’s Stolen Pumpkin, and the cosy and wholesome Yuletide Tales.

Taking place at Page Park’s Bean Tree Cafe across Easter weekend, this newest show sees the titular Ringo Rabbit searching for the perfect egg to gift to his best friend Chicken, in a heartwarming and silly quest sure to appeal to kids while teaching them a few lessons about friendship along the way.

The event will feature an egg hunt spanning indoors and outdoors, to help young audience members get some valuable fresh air (although it does mean you should come dressed for the weather!), and the event makers also promise a free treat for every child!

Best of all, if you find yourself blessed with multiple children, you won’t break the bank. Not only is the show reasonably priced at £7, but children under two years old get free entry!

Ringo Rabbit’s Eggstraordinary Egg Hunt takes place on Friday 29th March, and Monday 1st of April – with each date having two shows, one at 17:00, and the other at 18:00. For tickets, go to Headfirst.
