From the producers of The Music of Zimmer vs Williams and The Music of Lord of the Rings and Beyond comes a night of spine-tingling moments, presented by BBC Radio 1’s Ali Plumb.

 

Symphonic Universe – The Music of The Avengers and Beyond will appear at The Bristol Hippodrome on Sunday 29 October 2023.

 

Superhero fans rejoice because this wonderful show will feature music from The Avengers series, Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man, Black Panther, Captain America, Ant Man, Spider Man, Doctor Strange, Thor: Ragnarok, X Men and many others, all brought to life by a skilled orchestra and choir.

Film score fanatics will be transported to another realm with a wonderful show featuring all your favourite songs and superheroes. A talented team featuring conductor Lee Reynolds, London-based Coro Spezzato choir and the London Concert Orchestra will be bringing the music of the gods to Bristol’s biggest stage in October.

 

In addition to the celebrated film scores previously mentioned, this musical dream team will be playing pieces from the likes of Danny Elfman’s Batman, Hans Zimmer’s The Dark Knight Rises and John Williams’ iconic Star Wars.

 

This incredible night of music will be hosted by BBC Radio 1 presenter, writer, journalist and broadcaster, Ali Plumb. One of the most heard movie critics in the UK and has picked the brains of some of Hollywood’s biggest names.
