Still time to grab tickets to long running cider and music festival just outside Bristol
Posted on: 16 Jun 2023Excitement is building throughout Bristol and the Mendips as Outcider Festival, a rip-roaring celebration of real cider and alternative music is rapidly approaching.
Outcider Festival runs at Fernhill Farm in the Mendip Hills from Thursday 3 until Sunday 6 August 2023.
With tickets selling fast and a limited capacity of 500 people, live music and scrumpy enthusiasts alike are advised to act quickly to secure their entry to the cult festival that takes place each year amongst the beautiful backdrop of the Mendip Hills.

Returning in August for its ninth edition, Outcider Festival is a small event that punches well above its weight, featuring almost 40 live acts across two alternating stages as well as a spacious camping field that welcomes live-in vehicles as well as tents.
Saturday night’s headliners and dub/big beat favourites Dub Pistols will be joined by an incredible programme of established artists including Bar Stool Preachers, Black Water County, The Scribes, Sean McGowan, The Hawkmen and Skimmity Hitchers in addition to rising stars such as Meryl Streek, Carsick and Noah & The Loners.
Festival goers can also expect a range of eccentric attractions including Cider-obics, an alternative sports day, a campfire and a Tuk Tuk Safari with various unexpected surprises popping up throughout the weekend.
Outcider takes place on a working regenerative farm and the festival has a positive, inclusive ethos and a reputation for welcoming some of the friendliest festivalgoers in the South West. Outcider is a festival that caters for all tastes in food and drink – it’s not just cider!
Please note that this is an over-18s event, and no dogs or glass are allowed on site. Camping is free with live-in vehicles welcome for an extra charge.
