Entries are already available for the Great Bristol Run 2024

Following the return of the immensely successful event on Sunday, running veterans and rookies alike can already book their spot at next year’s Great Bristol Run.

 

The Great Bristol Run will next take place on Sunday 19 May 2024.

 

Whether you’re already hoping to beat your running time from this year’s event or you’ve been inspired by those that took part, sign up for both the 10k, the half marathon and the family-run are available now – with launch prices available for the next two weeks.

The Great Bristol Run’s 10k route starts in the centre and takes runners along the waterfront before crossing to Spike Island, through Wapping Wharf and looping around the historic Queen Square (marking the halfway point), runners head into Redcliffe and Castle Park and then on a final stretch through Old City, before finishing on Anchor Road.

 

The Half marathon route takes runners along the vibrant waterfront and then along the picturesque, peaceful Avon Gorge, passing under the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, before joining with the 10k route at Spike Island.

 

Fresh off the back of an immensely popular 2023 event with thousands of runners from Bristol and beyond taking part across three running events, organisers have already announced next year’s date - Sunday 19 May 2024. 

 

Half marathon entry is currently priced at £35 (standard price is £44), 10k entry is currently priced at £27 (standard price is £34) and the Family Run is at the standard entry price of £12.

 

 

All runs begin at We The Curious (1 Millennium Square, Anchor Road, Bristol, BS1 5DB), the Family Run begins at 9 AM, the 10k at 9.30 AM and the half marathon at 10.30.
