Visitors of all ages will be able to wander through Wonderland this Easter holiday with a special themed event at Longleat.

Longleat’s Alice in Wonderland-themed Easter runs until Sunday 16 April 2023.

A mere hour away from Bristol, Longleat is one of the South West’s top attractions and, this Easter, visitors can join Alice, the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit and more fantastical characters for heaps of Easter fun on top of Longleat’s animal and adventure favourites – all included under one ticket.

Tickets to Longleat can be secured here.

At this family Easter extravaganza, visitors of all ages will be able to meet and greet their favourite characters from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. Will you spot the grinning Cheshire Cat before he disappears? And beware of Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee’s mischievous ways.

Other themed activities include themed family mini golf in the indoor Tulgey Woods, the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party arts and crafts (can you make origami roses suitable for the Queen of Hearts?), and a Giant Easter Egg Trail where visitors search for nine giant Easter Eggs hidden throughout the park.

Day tickets will also allow visitors to experience the usual delights of Longleat - Britain’s number-one safari park. Count cheetah spots, wave at wolves and have a general giraffe at the drive-through safari; meet furry, scaly and feathery friends on foot at the walking safari; and have an a-maze-ing day out with one of the world’s biggest hedge mazes.

Steeped in history, Longleat House was built in the late 1500s, becoming the first stately home to open its doors to the public in 1949. It was also the first safari park to open outside Africa in 1966 and is now home to more than 120 species.

Longleat’s Alice in Wonderland-themed Easter runs until Sunday 16 April 2023 with day tickets priced at £39.95 for adults, £29.95 for children and free for infants and carers. Grab yours here.
