Smoke & Mirrors to host one-off open-air show ahead of September reopening

Smoke & Mirrors have teamed up with Mr Wolf's for a unique rooftop comedy & magic show.

 

The team behind the ever-popular Smoke & Mirrors have unveiled plans for a special open-air performance to celebrate the imminent reopening of their Denmark Street venue.

 

Set to take place on the Mr Wolfs Rooftop Terrace on Wednesday 26 August, the one-off show will see award-winning performer and Smoke & Mirrors owner Mark Bennett wow guests with his mind-bending blend of comedy and magic.

Just days before the team officially reopen Smoke & Mirrors following months of closure, Bristol locals are invited to experience the bar's one-of-a-kind entertainment at one of the city centre's most intimate open-air venues.

 

With more than 80 five-star reviews across a range of platforms to date, Mark Bennett's award-winning solo show is certainly not one to miss.

 

Smoke & Mirrors took to social media at the beginning of August to announce their long-awaited reopening, having been closed to the public since March as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

 

Set to reopen on Thursday 3 September, the venue team have been hard at work establishing an adapted live programme and implementing new measures to ensure a safe return to business.

 

Expect mind-blowing trickery from Smoke & Mirrors' House Magicians, stellar standup from an array of local acts and much more as Bristol's leading live comedy and magic bar deliver a range of new shows and performances.

 

Taking bookings now, Smoke & Mirrors are preparing for a jam-packed schedule for the rest of 2020, making up for lost time with a variety of top-notch live entertainment.

 

As well as their Close-up Magic experience and Comedy & Magic shows, Smoke & Mirrors are set to host the return of Bunch of Japes, their popular in-house standup show hosted by Dani Johns and Jessie Nixon.
