Are you itching to get back into the theatre? Yep, we are too.

The Bristol Hippodrome has been shut since March.

And it’s not yet clear when the beloved city centre theatre will be able to stage productions again.

In better news, the Bristol Hippodrome has announced it’ll reopen its stunning Piano Bar to the public this week, on Thursday 13 August.

The Piano Bar is set to welcome back theatre fans with extended, al fresco seating, incredible deals on drinks and light bites.Inside the Bristol Hippodrome

Inevitably, COVID-19 has taken its toll on the theatre sector, the Bristol Hippodrome included.

And so, the reopening of the Piano Bar is a welcome update from the Hippodrome, providing some much-needed support for the theatre.

The Piano Bar is back open on Thursday, 13 August. It’ll now be open every week, from Thursday to Saturday, 11:00 to 23:00.

Against the backdrop of your favourite show tunes, enjoy a drink (or two) and reminisce nights spent at the theatre.

To keep staff and visitors safe, the Piano Bar is reopening with sanitising stations and enhanced cleaning.
