Aqua to host special New Year's Eve celebration at Welsh Back restaurant

Family-owned and a part of the Bristol restaurant landscape since the late 90s, Aqua know a thing or two about special occasions. If you're not looking for a big party to see in the New Year at the end of the month, they might be just what you're after.
Taking place from 19:00 right through until 01:00 as we officially welcome the dawn of the 20s, Aqua's New Year's Eve event will see diners treated to a four-course dinner, specially put together by the kitchen team for the occasion.
For just £60 per person, guests can enjoy a drink on arrival before being shown to their tables for a full evening of indulgence and celebrations. See the full menu here.
Founded in Bristol in 1998, Aqua has evolved continually over the years. Despite expanding to cover four locations across Bristol and Bath, it remains a great independent and each of its restaurants have retained that special local feel.
Open kitchens in all Aqua restaurants create a sense of theatre and invite diners to see how their food is prepared. Using fresh produce and wonderful Italian flavours, the kitchen treats guests to great-tasting creations day in, day out.
Aqua source all of their cured meats and Italian produce from Italy, and always use local suppliers for other ingredients including butchery, fish and seasonal vegetables.
