Beginning proceedings at 2 PM is atmospheric post-punk artist Slunk, followed at 3 PM by fast-rising viral star Zach Templar, who’s hit more than 67.9 million listens on Spotify with his 2023 single, ‘missin something’.

At 4 PM, local four-piece Milkie will take to the stage armed with indie pop bangers that blend storytelling and humour. At 5 PM, Emily Magpie will perform her unique brand of electronica, creating glittering special soundscapes that cross dimensions.

Next up, at 6 PM, expect an edgy and emotional revival of punk princess and 2000s nostalgia from Ziggy 2000. MP3 Chainsaw take over the stage at 7 PM, merging shoegaze, synth pop, hardcore noise and more before multi-instrumentalist Lawi Anywar – a composite of identities and tastes – closes the event at 8 PM.

Record Store Day is the one day of the year when more than 270 independent record stores from all over the UK come together to celebrate their unique culture. Special vinyl releases are made exclusively for the day alongside special live music events.
