Master of one-liners Milton Jones drops by Bristol in December

Posted on: 07 Mar 2024

The UK comedy favourite and star of Mock The Week, Live at the Apollo and more is returning to Bristol later this year with his brand new (not a musical) show, ‘Ha!Milton’.

Milton Jones drops by Bristol Beacon’s Beacon Hall on Wednesday 11 December 2024.

Celebrated comic Milton Jones wants it to be known that this is not a musical; he is tone-deaf and has no sense of rhythm, but at least he doesn’t make a song and dance about it. He has more important things to discuss like giraffes and the bit about tomatoes.

Tickets go on general sale at 10 AM on Friday 8 March 2024.

Milton Jones is a regular on such TV comedy institutions as Mock the Week (BBC 2), Live At The Apollo (BBC 1) and House of Games (BBC 2). He is currently working on his fifteenth series for Radio 4 and performs regularly on the classic BBC radio staple, Sorry I Haven’t a Clue.

Onstage, he has wowed audiences with such shows as ‘Milton Impossible’, ‘Milton Jones Is Out There’ and ‘Milton Jones On The Road’ and he is a Perrier Best Newcomer winner and Best Show nominee as well as winning two Sony Awards and receiving a British Comedy Award nomination

Now he’s back with his brand new non-musical show, ‘Ha!Milton’. You might know him from the time he stood for the SNP, and fought a hard campaign, but in the end, he had to respect the wishes of the people of Cardiff. A whole new show of daftness – you know it makes sense.

As well as Bristol, Milton Jones will perform his show in London, York, Swindon, Dublin, Derry, Belfast, Leicester, Nottingham, Chester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Southampton, Coventry, Cheltenham, Exeter, Ipswich, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Norwich, Reading, Middlesborough, Sunderland, Newcastle, Sheffield, Frome and more.

Milton Jones drops by Bristol Beacon’s Beacon Hall on Wednesday 11 December 2024 with tickets on general sale from 10 AM tomorrow, Friday 8 March. Secure your tickets, HERE.
