Quantum Sound plays with the boundaries of sound as meditation and live electronic music, creating deep listening events, in rave spaces, for the music heads. They will lean into the idea of sound and frequencies to alter states of consciousness and physiology, curating a unique and all encompassing audio visual experience.
Daniel Avery, co-founding artist of Quantum Sound, and pioneer of all spectrums of the electronic landscape, performs his new ambient live set - a soundscape of sonic bliss and emotive, unraveling sounds.
Jonny.tv, Art Director for the Quantum Sound live shows, known for his visual collaborations for The Chemical Brothers, AURORA and Primal Scream amongst others, brings us a never-seen-before visual show to embellish and complete the audio visual experience.
Cherub Sanson and Tim Wheater, also co-founding artists, bring their instrumental sound journey to the stage as the opening to Daniel’s set. Cherub and Tim have been leading masters of the sound healing movement for over a decade, and we are working together to explore how this practice can interact with the electronic music community.
Alessandro Cortini, one of the most influential voices in contemporary electronic music, closes the night with his ‘Nati Infiniti’ audio visual live show. Having released his album of the same title on Mute in October this year, Alessandro brings us a performance pushing the boundaries of sound, with each show being a new and improvised rendition.
Daniel Avery and Alessandro Cortini will be on the same line up for the first time since their highly acclaimed album ‘Illusions Of Time’, released on Mute and Phantasy in 2020 - a unique encounter we can’t wait to bring to Bristol.
