Born in Bristol back in 2009 as a bedroom project, Crack Magazine has since developed into a highly influential cultural media magazine, internationally renowned and award-winning for its dedication to celebrating everything underground and up-and-coming in the world of music.

These days, Crack is the largest independent free monthly magazine in Europe. It has expanded across the UK in recent years and made the leap across to Berlin for the first time. Crack’s September 24’ issue is out now, featuring Knocked Loose, Dar Disku, Adam Curtis, Mermaid Chunky and more.

With the promise of four former cover stars for their upcoming 15th birthday celebrations, fans are speculating who will be appearing from a prestigious list that includes such icons as Björk, André 3000, MF Doom, Clairo, Adrienne Lenker, Fontaines D.C., PJ Harvey, Gorillaz, FKA Twigs, Lil Yachty and many others.

Crack Magazine’s Bristol home is The Christmas Steps, a historic pub in central Bristol dates to the 1600s. Serving hearty lunches and dinners as well as top-notch craft beer and ale, punters can enjoy a cutting-edge soundtrack to their night out thanks to the free Crack Magazine jukebox.
