Following highly acclaimed, sell-out tours, Flock Theatre Makers’ musical adaptation of Lizzy Stewart’s award-winning picture book is coming to Bristol for three shows this Saturday.

There’s A Tiger In The Garden will be performed at Tobacco Factory Theatre at 10.30 AM, 1 PM and 3.30 PM (sold out) on Saturday 4 November 2023.

Bored at home without anything to do, Nora is sent into the garden to play, in search of a tiger. Get your imaginations ready as this wonderful story unfolds and Nora’s world begins to grow around her. This show is created for children aged 3-7 and their grown-ups.

Tickets for this show are priced at £11 and can be found, HERE.

Flock Theatre Makers will utilise puppetry, imaginative design, and music to bring to life Lizzy Stewart’s much-loved story. Audiences will follow Nora as she discovers dragonflies as big as her head, plants that can eat you (and your toy giraffe) whole, a polar bear that likes dishing and maybe…a tiger in the garden.

Pushing the audience’s imagination to its limit, bring all the family to follow Nora as she discovers the hidden wonders found beyond the shrubbery. Immerse yourself in this wonderful world and enjoy the brilliance of this classic tale brought to life.

This theatre production of Lizzy Stewart’s acclaimed children’s tale There’s A Tiger In The Garden was created in close conjunction with the author, who received the Waterstone’s Children’s Book Prize in 2017 for the book.

Flock Theatre have a combined 40 years of experience with performance and participatory work, working with the likes of The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Old Vic and Unicorn Theatre. Their main focus has always been on creating innovative, multisensory, events for children, families and communities and this exciting production is no different.

There’s A Tiger In The Garden will be performed at Tobacco Factory Theatre at 10.30 AM, 1 PM and 3.30 PM (sold out) on Saturday 4 November 2023 – grab your tickets HERE.
