The world’s first Amazement Park has announced the return of its Re-Creation Station this coming half term with mushroom themed colouring running all week.

 

Wake The Tiger’s Re-Creation Station runs from Friday 21 until Sunday 29 October 2023.

 

This unique activity space will once again be getting creative this autumn with Halloween themed colouring at the Re-Creation Station. Known for both creativity and sustainability, the Wake The Tiger team are bringing the Re-Creation Station back to the Guildhall Café, allowing visitors of all ages to explore their artistic side!

From the team behind Boomtown, Wake The Tiger is a walk through art experience that pushes the boundaries of the visitors’ imaginations. In the fictitious world of Meridia, natural resources are reduced to just 5% - compared to earth’s 50%.

 

With so mush-room to grow and expand the experience, the site’s recently launched mushroom trails will explain the work Meridia is doing to reverse the detrimental changes caused by the exploitation of resources. This will allude to how fungus can help rewild various habitats and tackle wider ecological issues, something eerily relevant to our planet.

 

Wake The Tiger invites visitors to explore its unique world of imagination, discovery and play. The ambitious project was launched back in July 2022, featuring 30 creative environments with artwork, installations, narrative, soundscape, and secret passageways. Over 220,000 have been sold since it opened, welcoming visitors from more than 60 countries.

 

At the Re-Creation Station, which runs throughout the half term, attendees will be able to pick up colour in activity sheets featuring all the mushrooms on display, where families and kids can unleash their creativity at no extra cost to the full Amazement Park experience.

Wake The Tiger’s Re-Creation Station runs from Friday 21 until Sunday 29 October 2023 with adult tickets available for £19.50, child tickets for £13.50 and under 5s FREE – tickets can be found, here.
