Take That announce details of Bristol show with Olly Murs supporting

Tickets for Take That's return to Ashton Gate Stadium next year are sure to prove immensely popular when they go on sale tomorrow morning.

 

Take That will play Ashton Gate Stadium in South Bristol on Saturday 8 June 2024.

 

Last week's hints were confirmed to be true on Saturday when the legendary boy band announced that Bristol would be the final stop of a massive stadium and arena live tour to celebrate the release of their ninth studio album, This Life. With prestigious support from pop sensation Olly Murs, this is a show you do not want to miss out on!

 

Tickets for the show go on general sale tomorrow (Friday 29 September) at 9.30 AM.

This Life On Tour will see the trio of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald play 29 shows across 15 cities around the UK and Ireland. Take That are returning to Bristol for the first time since 2019 when they played Summer Series at Ashton Gate, mesmerising a 30,000-strong audience with a jaw-dropping set of hit after hit.

 

Take That were serial chart toppers throughout the 1990s and were, commercially, the biggest British band since The Beatles. At their peak, the band were ed by songwriter Gary Barlow and breakout pop sensation Robbie Williams with Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange also lending their singing and dancing skills.

 

Today, the band's lineup looks very different with both Jason Orange and Robbie Williams departing for pastures new, however, that does not mean that the group are any less of an attractive proposition with an astonishing back catalogue that features such hits as ‘Back For Good’, ‘Patience’, ‘Never Forget’, ‘Shine’ and many more.

 

As well as Bristol, Take That's This Life On Tour will see the band play arenas in Sheffield, Leeds, Dublin, London, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Middlesbrough, Nottingham, Norwich, Milton Keynes, Southampton, Plymouth and Swansea. Find out more from the Take That website.
