Attention all whisky aficionados and cocktail connoisseurs! Gatsby's, the splendid prohibition-themed speakeasy cocktail bar, is set to host not one but two tantalizing whisky tasting events in October that you won't want to miss.

First up on the spirits-soaked agenda is The Highland Park Whisky Tasting on October 5th. Get ready to embark on a journey of whisky exploration guided by Gatsby’s guest whisky specialist.

This exclusive event will feature a selection of three exceptional Highland Park scotch single malt whiskies. First up is Highland Park 12 - Known for its balanced flavors and gentle smokiness, moving on to Highland Park Cask Strength (robust and bold), before rounding off with the exquisite Highland Park 18 – An aged whisky with a complex character.

To elevate your tasting adventure, Gatsby's mixologists will also craft three unique cocktails using these Highland Park whiskies as the star ingredient. Sip on these masterfully crafted libations while indulging in delectable nibbles and canapés.

But the whisky journey doesn't end with Highland Park. On October 26th, Gatsby's invites you to indulge in The Macallan Whisky Tasting, another extraordinary whisky extravaganza. Their whisky specialist will lead you through an exploration of three distinctive Macallan scotch single malt whiskies, each with its own unique character and charm.

As with the Highland Park event, you can anticipate three exquisite cocktails meticulously crafted to complement the Macallan whiskies. And, of course, there will be a delightful selection of nibbles and canapés to savor.

Keep in mind that space for these events is limited, and they are strictly reservations-only affairs. To ensure your seat at this whisky lover's paradise, make haste and secure your tickets for the Highland Park or the Macallan tastings via Eventbrite.

Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or a curious newcomer to the world of scotch, these tastings at Gatsby's promise an evening of discovery, delight, and unparalleled good spirits. Slàinte!
