Take a deep dive into Motion’s returning event series, In:Motion

The beloved event series, which is set to run throughout Autumn and Winter, returns with a killer line-up following a three-year hiatus.

 

In:Motion runs at the BS2 venue from Friday 15 September to Friday 1 December 2023.

 

Bristol’s crown jewel club have brought back In:Motion for the first time since the pandemic; rebooting a celebrated institution described by DJ Mag as one of the “top 20 clubs in the world”. A huge hole was left in the heart of the local events scene when it ceased in 2020 and Bristolian ravers are sure to be craving its return!

In:Motion returns in full force next month with prestigious partnerships including Fixr, Crack Magazine, Minirig and Parlez. The series will kick off with a special launch party weekend at Motion’s new 3,000 capacity sister venue, Document.

 

Friday 15 September will see Special Request, Clipz and P-Rallel appear at the venue, followed by a collaboration with Patrick Topping’s Trick record label the following night. Moving into Autumn and Winter, In:Motion will greet DJ EZ, Eats Everything, Jayda G, Skin on Skin, TSHA, Mella Dee, Partiboi69, DJ Heartstring and many more.

 

Making its Motion debut back in 2009, In:Motion quickly became a staple of the Bristol music scene, running from September to New Years Day and bringing some of the UK’s top electronic names to Bristol, including names such as Bicep, The Chemical Brothers, Chase & Status, Gour Yet, Annie Mac, Deadmau5 in the past.

 

Now, the beloved event series is back, once more welcoming the highest calibre of acts and brands, shaping the future of Bristol’s dance scene. The In:Motion relaunch is part of Motion’s continued efforts to platform Bristol’s creative communities, which includes the launch of their new venue, Document – a hub for underground art, lifestyle and music.
