Tickets are quickly running out for Rod the Mod’s eagerly anticipated performance at Badminton Estate this Sunday with fans looking forward to a set overflowing with hits.

 

Rod Stewart will play Badminton Estate on Sunday 2 July 2023.

 

With support coming from 80s favourites Boy George and Culture Club, this sensational nostalgia trip is one of two massive shows taking place amongst the beautiful South Gloucestershire countryside with The Who appearing later in July.

Still going strong at the age of 78, Sir Rod is a certified British icon with countless classic hits under his belt, including the likes of ‘Maggie May’, ‘Baby Jane’ and ‘Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?’. From fronting bluesy rock and rollers to becoming a commercial sensation, the English-Scottish singer has had an enviable career at the pinnacle of music.

 

Responsible for hits since the 1960s, the singer-songwriter’s soulful, raspy vocals and shapeshifting sonic abilities (covering rhythm and blues, blue-eyed soul and much more throughout his lengthy career), Stewart is a generational sensation.

 

Rod is one of the best-selling artists in music history with over 250 million record sales worldwide, winning innumerable industry accolades (including two inductions into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame) and earning a Knighthood for his services to music and charity.

 

This weekend, Stewart is heading to the South West meaning that Bristolian music fans will have the chance to witness catch a set featuring all the classics. Talking about the extra special show earlier this year, Rod Stewart said:

 

"My favourite memories have been summer nights with a beer or two alongside the best fans in the world. I'm impatiently awaiting this summer playing at a variety of special venues - football, cricket and rugby stadiums, estates, and castles! We'll all be dancing under the stars."
