Later this year, reigning BGT champion Axel Blake is taking his brand-new show, ‘In Style’ around the UK with a new leg recently added due to phenomenal demand.

 

Axel Blake will perform ‘In Style’ at The Redgrave Theatre on Wednesday 4 October 2023.

 

Having wowed audiences all over the country as well as the Britain’s Got Talent judges, he was dubbed a “comedy superstar” by celebrated comic David Walliams, Blake is ready to hit the road with his first-ever national tour since his on-screen triumph.

Hailing from the wilds of Dunstable, Axel Blake burst onto our television screens last year on the hit talent show Britain’s Got Talent. Blake took the competition by storm with head judge Simon Cowell so impressed by his routine that he sounded his golden buzzer.

 

Blake went from strength to strength since then with his unique style of comedy that blends observational comedy with his natural witty charm captivating the audience and propelling himself all the way to the final, eventually being crowned champion.

 

Despite only recently attracting widespread acclaim as one of UK comedy’s rising stars, he is no stranger to the scene. In his early years at open mics and small variety shows, he rubbed shoulders with other up-and-comers including Mo Gilligan, Paul Chowdhry and even Ed Sheeran.

 

A natural performer, Blake quickly became a favourite within London’s underground comedy scene in addition to his popular online content. This allowed him to pursue opportunities with the likes of Capital Xtra, the BBC radio networks, UNILAD and more as well as perform support slots for comedy legends such as Dave Chappelle.

 

However, it was not until Axel Blake’s Britain’s Got Talent success that he truly broke into the mainstream. Blake continues to chase the dream with his first-ever national tour, ‘In Style’, scheduled for later this year.
