Squidsoup’s captivating exhibition, Beyond Submergence, is offering wellness experiences amidst their mesmerising light show.

Squidsoup’s, the famous Cheltenham-based art collective known for their light-based art and work alongside electronic musician Four Tet, are bringing their super showcase, Beyond Submergence, to Propyard.

The highly-anticipated showcase, opening this July, will feature a collection of their show-stopping artworks alongside never-before-seen pieces, all set to leave visitors in awe. But that's not all—the exhibition also offers an exciting twist with the inclusion of wellness experiences amidst the mesmerising light shows.

Submerge, the wellness program curated by Pip Roberts of Now Studio, promises to take guests on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery. Visitors can participate in a variety of wellness sessions, including yoga, breathwork, pilates, and more, led by some of the UK's top wellness mentors. These classes will be held amidst the stunning light installations, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere.

The Submerge program features a range of sessions by experienced practitioners from Bristol and beyond. One standout session is a sound bath led by Pip and Laura Taylor, sound facilitators and rest enthusiasts. With the cosmic magic of the light installations, participants can expect to be transported on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Breathwork will also take centre stage with a consciously connected breathwork class by Jamie Clements, founder of The Breath Space. Jamie believes that breathwork is a powerful tool accessible to everyone, capable of transforming lives and promoting overall well-being.

Additionally, yoga teacher Annie Clarke will guide attendees through a movement and breath practice that encourages self-exploration, community connection, and curiosity.

The Submerge wellness events will elevate the Beyond Submergence exhibition, providing a sensory journey like no other. Each session is carefully designed to complement the sprawling installation and enhance the overall experience for visitors.

Tickets for the Beyond Submergence wellness events are priced at £35 and include 30 minutes in the exhibition followed by a one-hour class. They can be purchased on the official Beyond Submergence website.
