Tickets are sure to fly out the door for multi-award-winning musical Hamilton’s epic eight-week stint at The Bristol Hippodrome in the summer of 2024.

 

Hamilton will run at The Bristol Hippodrome from Tuesday 30 April to Saturday 22 June 2024.

 

From musical legend Lin-Manuel Miranda, this record-breaking masterpiece tells the tale of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton and is set for a lengthy UK and Ireland tour next year with the baton passed to a fresh cast.

The musical, which has won Olivier, Tony, Grammy and Pulitzer Prize awards, made its UK debut at the newly restored Victoria Palace Theatre in London in December 2017, a venue it continues to draw sell-out crowds to this day and is currently booked until March next year.

 

Hamilton also continues to be performed to record-breaking houses on Broadway and throughout North America, Canada, Australia and Germany with an international tour also planned.

 

Telling the story of America then, by America now, Hamilton features a stunning score that blends hip hop, jazz, R&B and Broadway. Using the tale of American founding father Alexander Hamilton as a vessel, Miranda created a revolutionary musical that has had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education.

 

Featuring a book, music and lyrics from Miranda, direction from Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lamoire, the musical is produced in the UK by Jeffrey Seller, Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman, The Public Theatre and Cameron Mackintosh.

 

Bristolian musical fans will be chomping at the bit to hear hits like Alexander Hamilton', 'You'll Be Back', 'Guns & Ships', 'The Schuyler Sisters', 'Wait For It', 'My Shot' and many more when Hamilton comes rolling into Bristol next year.
