Forever intertwined with fellow pop act Busted, London-based group McFly came together back in 2005 and quickly won over the youth of the day with bags of boyish charm and lively tales of adolescence.

While Busted's chaotic edge owed a lot to soft punk acts such as blink-182 and Simple Plan, McFly's more mellow approach of artists such as The Beach Boys. Named after Michael J. Fox's character from Back to the Future, the band features Danny Jones (guitar/vocals), Tom Fletcher (guitar/vocals), Dougie Poynter (bass/vocals), and Harry Judd (drums).

The group's debut album, Room on the Third Floor (2004) went straight to UK Number One, an unprecedented achievement that landed them in The Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest band ever to do so.

Room on the Third Floor also listed multiple Top Five hits in its tracklist, including smash hits "Five Colours in Her Hair," "Obviously," "That Girl," and "Room on the Third Floor," the first two of which managed to top the UK charts.

In addition to their two shows in Bristol, McFly's UK tour will see them drop by venues in Norwich, London, Bournemouth, Southampton, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham. Find out more here.
