Mo Gilligan’s ‘In The Moment’ world tour is coming to Bristol Beacon on Thursday 31 October 2024.

 

As one of the country’s best-loved comedy stars, Gilligan has achieved massive success over the last few years with two sell-out national tours including London’s O2 Arena, three stand-up Specials and a slew of smash hit television credits to his name – now he’s announced a show at Bristol’s newly refurbished Beacon Hall.

Best known for hit TV shows such as The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan (C4), That’s My Jam (BBC One), The Brit Awards (ITV1) and The Masked Singer (ITV1), Mo’s highly energetic and physical style has propelled him amongst UK comedy’s biggest stars in recent years.

 

Dubbed “The Funniest Man in Britain” by The Times, his debut stand up tour, ‘Coupla Cans’, was a sell-out success that included an immensely popular two week residency in London’s West End. The show went on to be recorded as a Netflix Original entitled Momentum, which was released globally in 190 countries.

 

In 2021, Mo was back touring with his show ‘There’s Mo to Life’ which achieved yet another sell-out run that included another history-making residency, this time at the O2 Arena. Last year, the multi-award-winning comedian received widespread critical acclaim for his second Netflix Special.

 

2022 also saw Mo host the BRITS and, over the years, he has won multiple BAFTAs for his work on The Lateish Show With Mo Gilligan and The Big Narstie Show amongst several other prestigious awards.

 

As well as Bristol, Mo Gilligan’s ‘In The Moment’ tour will see him drop by UK venues in Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, London, Birmingham, Leeds, Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton, Exeter, York, Middlesbrough, Bournemouth, Bradford, Sheffield, Nottingham, Newcastle, Liverpool and Edinburgh.
