Double Emmy award nominee Nick Mohammed is all set to take his critically acclaimed alter ego Mr. Swallow on his first UK tour this Spring.

‘Nick Mohammed: The Very Best & Worst of Mr Swallow’ will be performed twice at The Redgrave Theatre on Saturday 29 April.

The show, which appears at venues up and down the country throughout April and May, sees Mohammed mix new, old, very old and previously unusable material. Comedy fans can expect a great deal of noise, magic and the whole of Les Mis!

Tickets are priced at £24.50 with performances at 5 PM and 8 PM. Purchase yours HERE.

Born and raised in Leeds, Nick Mohammed became interested in comedy while studying in Durham. He became involved with the local stand-up circuit and eventually joined Footlights in Cambridge.

For Footlights, Mohammed appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe; an opportunity which earned him high-profile BBC radio work, as well as his own shows ‘Nick Mohammed in Bits’ and ‘Detective Sergeant Nick Mohammed’.

The natural next step for the talented comic was television. Over the past years Mohammed has appeared in the likes of Miranda, Stath Lets Flats, Intelligence with David Schwimmer (which he also writes), This Time With Alan Partridge and Apple TV’s Ted Lasso garnering a reputation as one of the UK’s top comedic actors in the process.

Mohammed is perhaps best known for his critically acclaimed character Mr Swallow. His previous Mr Swallow shows ‘Dracula!’, ‘Houdini’ and ‘The Vanishing Elephant’ have received rave reviews and clips of the character’s appearances on Channel 4’s Cats Does Countdown have quickly gone viral.

His new show, ‘Nick Mohammed: The Very Best & Worst of Mr Swallow’ sees the comedian collate all the highlights, and lowlights, from the loveable character and work them into a hilarious show that will be toured all over the country in Spring.

Mohammed will perform the show twice at Bristol’s The Redgrave Theatre on Saturday 29 April. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
