Bristol brand Parlez are celebrating their 10th birthday at Thekla this weekend

Posted on: 30 May 2022

Parlez has become one of the most talked-about brands in UK streetwear over the last decade.

The team behind popular Bristol-based clothing brand Parlez are hosting a huge tenth birthday party this weekend, bringing together music, fashion, food and more on Friday 3 June.

Having started life in a Bristol garage in 2012, Parlez has grown to become one of the UK's most exciting streetwear brands, now selling through ASOS, Urban Outfitters and Size? among others.

With a nautical theme running through many of their releases, Parlez will be celebrating the occasion aboard Thekla, Bristol's best-loved water-borne music venue.

Entry to the brand's birthday party is free, with a limited number of advance tickets available from a selection of local retailers.

Running from 16:00-04:00 this Friday, the event will be celebrating all things Parlez, inviting a selection of local DJs to perform across 12 hours.

A secret headliner is being kept under wraps for now, but attendees can expect stellar sets from the likes of Sir Hiss, Felix Joy, DJ Fingerfood, Revrt, Sam Atkins and more.

For the early part of the evening, Parlez will be running a sample sale, giving fans the chance to get their hands on some rare and unreleased bits from years gone by.

A handful of giveaways will also be getting underway at regular intervals, with limited-edition Parlez tenth anniversary tees up for grabs.

Free food and drinks will be provided by Pizza Bianchi and Wray & Nephew, serving up fresh pizza by the slice and rum punch.

Entry is free, but attendees are encouraged to pick up tickets beforehand, available at Cooshti on Park Street or Size? in Cabot Circus.

For more information on the event, to follow updates or to browse the Parlez collection, head to the label's website or follow them on Instagram.
