Posted on: 20 May 2022

Yes, the bingo is on at Motion this summer, but no, you absolutely shouldn't invite your grandparents.

One-of-a-kind bingo/party hybrid Bingo Lingo is returning to the great outdoors this summer, set to take over world-renowned BS2 venue Motion's Container Yard space on a weekly basis throughout June, July and August.

A big hit in Bristol, Bingo Lingo has been a staple of Motion's events programme for a number of years, regularly selling out events and enticing thousands of party-goers with their unconventional prizes and high-energy party vibes.

This year's open-air series will be taking place every Friday night on Avon Street, kicking off on Friday 10 June. Find out more and secure your tickets here.

For anyone out there who's still unfamiliar with Bingo Lingo, attendees can expect dance-offs, crazy prizes, rave classics and much more as the hosts flip classic bingo on its head and drag it into the 21st century.

Featuring some outrageous rounds and unmissable on-stage battles, Bingo Lingo is always a night to remember, and guaranteed to get you off your seat.

Motion's Container Yard can be covered if necessary, so the events will go ahead whatever the weather. Tables of up to 8 people are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Bingo Lingo's 2022 open-air series is the latest addition to a bumper events schedule coming up at Motion this year.

Having been forced to remain closed for close to 18 months due to the impact of the pandemic, the venue reopened at full capacity last year and, more recently, unveiled a huge Spring 2022 programme featuring Skream, Sub Focus, Floating Points and many more.

Tickets for Motion's Summer 2022 Bingo Lingo outdoor series are on sale now and can be found here.
