Posted on: 12 Apr 2022

Bristol's biggest club is continuing a rich vein of form with another series of top-notch bookings.

Motion have unveiled a full lineup for their Spring 2022 season, bringing an array of heavy-hitting DJs, labels and promoters to BS2 for another vibrant selection of parties running between April and June.

Building on a stellar start to the year which saw the likes of Floating Points, Sub Focus and Skream take the reigns on Avon Street, the world-renowned club will once again be attracting some of the biggest names in electronic music over the coming weeks.

Tickets for more than 15 newly-announced events - as well as a host of eagerly-awaited live performances taking place at Motion and The Marble Factory this season - are on sale now and can be found here.

Consistently voted among the world's best club venues in annual DJ Mag polls, Motion has been a major hub for electronic music in Bristol for more than a decade.

Having been forced to close their doors for a large portion of the Covid-19 pandemic, the team returned to action last summer with an outdoor series before reopening at full capacity weeks later.

Since the turn of the year, the club has gotten right back to what it does best, showcasing a broad range of highly-regarded artists spanning the full spectrum of electronic music.

This Spring, Motion will be inviting Glitterbox, We Are FSTL, Cirque Du Soul, Eso, XXL and Critical Sound to host their own events featuring a host of revered artists, including Objekt, Re:ni, Loefah, Calibre, LTJ Bukem and many, many more.

Motion's celebrated YARD: Open Air Club will also be returning to the fold this season, bringing together Denis Sulta, Gerd Janson, Jennifer Cardini, Krystal Klear, Leo Pol, Dusky, Alan Fitzpatrick, KiNK, Dense & Pika and DJ Tennis across two days for one of the series' most ambitious events to date.

As you'd expect from the city's leading club venue, Bristol-based DJs are well-represented across Motion's latest programme, with Ellie Stokes, Ellis Roberts and Alexisitry among the homegrown artists confirmed so far.
