The yearly festival, once more taking place at Bristol’s much-loved harbourside, has today announced its full lineup of headliners.

Taking place between Wednesday 22 and Monday 27, the three new headliners will be joining the already confirmed Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Jungle and First Aid Kit in what looks to be a stellar line-up.

There are still tickets available for the Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Jungle and First Aid Kit shows while tickets for these new acts go on sale this Friday (25 March) at 9:00. Head to the Bristol Sounds ticket page to grab yours.

The weekend will kick off with festival favourites Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on the Wednesday. Fronted by the ex-Oasis man, the band will be returning to Bristol following a monumental headline set at The Downs in 2018.

Support for this show will come from cult Australian hi-tempo dance outfit Confidence Man, tickets are available from the event page.

Paolo Nutini will take to the Canons Marsh Amphitheatre stage on the Thursday. Returning to the site that he wowed with his 2014 show, this will be a rare chance this year to see the Scottish singer-songwriter.

Special guests for this one are yet to be announced and tickets will be available this Friday (25 March) from the event page.

Friday’s headliners and perennial favourites Elbow are returning to the harbourside after headlining The Downs in 2017. Releasing their ninth studio album last year, the Guy Garvey fronted group are renowned for their euphoric live sets.

UK electronic music duo, Jungle, are the perfect Saturday headliners. This is the first time the festival has done a day event and, with new record Loving In Stereo in tow, the outfit are sure to provide the perfect soundtrack for a Summer afternoon.

Welsh electronic musician Kelly Lee Owens is the main support for this one although the full bill is yet to be announced on. Tickets are available now from the event page.

Sunday’s headliners First Aid Kit will be playing their biggest ever South West show. The Swedish sisters (Johanna and Klara Soderberg) are returning with a new album this year and are sure to attract a massive turnout.

Supporting the indie folk duo will be Bristol’s own - and BBC 6 Music favourite - Katy J Pearson. Tickets for this one are available now from the event page.

Closing this year’s Bristol Sounds is Philadelphian rock group The War on Drugs. Off the back of their most recent album, I Don’t Live Here Anymore, the band – renowned for their stunning live performances – will be playing their biggest ever Bristol show.

Support is yet to be announced for this one and tickets will be available this Friday from the event page.
