Quay Street Diner reopens

Posted on: 18 Aug 2020

The diner is taking part in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme throughout August.

Popular city centre restaurant-bar Quay Street Diner is officially back open for business, having reopened on yesterday (Monday 17 August) following several months of closure due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Having been running a takeaway service throughout lockdown, the team have been hard at work preparing the diner for the eagerly-awaited return of in-house service, adapting their inside and outside seating areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Although open every day of the week, the Quay Street Diner is taking part in the government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme, offering 50% off food and non-alcoholic drinks every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Opened in 2018, the Quay Street Diner quickly earned a reputation among Bristol's foodie community thanks to its friendly atmosphere, central location and, of course, its top-notch food menu.

The laid-back, American-style diner offers up everything from burgers and po-boys to authentic tacos, burritos, loaded dirty fries and much more, as well as an array of tasty veggie and vegan options.

Of course, a diner isn't a proper diner without a varied selection of drinks, and at Quay Street you'll find a range of fresh milkshakes, cocktails, craft beers and homemade soft drinks.

Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, brunch, dinner or a late lunch, you're sure to find what you're after at Quay Street Diner. The kitchen team proudly use locally-sourced ingredients for all their dishes, supporting Bristol business wherever possible.

In accordance with new coronavirus safety guidelines, the team have set up a new table ordering system and are still operating a click and collect service.
