New provisional dates announced for Love Saves The Day 2020

Posted on: 01 Apr 2020

On Friday (27 March) Love Saves The Day announced a new, provisional date for their 2020 festival.

In response to the Mayor’s cancellation of all public events until July due to the coronavirus outbreak, Love Saves The Day announced they are working to reschedule the festival for the 5th and 6th of September 2020.

However, the statement also says that it will be May, at the earliest, before any decisions can be made on whether it is safe to hold outdoor events in August, September and October.

“Ultimately, the health and safety of all of our audience, plus the extended communities to which they belong, takes total precedence and will in all of our decision making as to whether the event should go ahead,” the statement reads.

And so, at the moment, things are unclear. However, the provisional dates of the 5th and 6th of September remain in place for the time being.

Loves Saves The Day also stated that they would contact ticket holders with information as to how to apply for a refund, and continue to provide festival-goers with updates.
