The January spike is very real, and there's no shame in being a part of it.

 

What goes up, of course, must come down, and after a week of overindulgence on Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's, many of us are on the lookout for a new gym to join in 2020.

 

See below for a quick rundown to the best-value gyms in Bristol, but be warned: we've all had the same idea, we've all signed up at the same time, and we guarantee it'll be busy.
