Eastville Park Pop-Up Cafe on Saturday 29th June 2019
Posted on: 28 Jun 2019The beautiful green space of Eastville Park will be home to a special Pop-Up Cafe at the Bowling Green area on Saturday 29th June 2019.
An event for the whole family, it's previously been a big success and this year aims to make it even more enjoyable with a range of activities, fun games, a book stall, food and drink and live music.
Organised by Friends of Eastville Park, the event will aim to raise funds to improve the Bowling Club area and to support a range of other community activities throughout the year.
There will be a selection of delicious, freshly prepared food and drinks and veggie and vegan options will be available. It's a great chance to get together with members of the local community, have a natter and enjoy the day in one of loveliest green areas of the city.
A large Victorian park, Eastville Park is marvelous spot that's only a stone's throw from the chaos and frenetic pace of urban life but enfolds you in its majestic, breathtaking beauty as if you were slap bang in the middle of the countryside.
There are tennis courts, a bowling green, children's play area, beguiling woodlands and wildflower meadows - and its ornamental lake is one of the most enchanting, stunning revelations you'll find in North Bristol. The vast expanse of the park also means its a popular spot for regular open air concerts and community festivals.
