Monthly Jam on the Hill session taking place next week at The Rising Sun pub
Posted on: 19 Jun 2019The Rising Sun's Jam on the Hill is back next week, taking place on the last Tuesday of every month and inviting the people of Bristol to jam in a friendly pub setting alongside a full back line of musicians. This month's event will be taking place on 25th June from 8pm-11pm - see below for all the info.
Renowned in and around Windmill Hill and brimming with genuine musical talent, the Jam on the Hill has been running throughout 2019 and will be back next week for another evening of free-flowing collaboration.
The Rising Sun will provide the instruments - drums, bass, guitar, amps and keys are catered for - so all you need to bring with you is your own musical talent and willingness to get a bit creative and see what you can come up with alongside a house back line.
A firm favourite among South Bristol locals, The Rising Sun is a community-run pub that hosts a wide range of events all year round, from the Jam on the Hill and other similar live music sessions to workshops, story time sessions for kids and much more. Whether you're a musician or not we recommend you get yourself down there next Tuesday 25th June to see what all the fuss is about - you won't be disappointed!
