Kinky Boots is a musical guaranteed to Raise You Up. After inheriting his family’s failing shoe factory and with a relationship on the rocks, life is proving to be challenging for young Charlie Price.

That is until he meets Lola, a drag queen whose sparkle and unsteady heels might just hold the answer to saving the struggling factory. Complete with a hit songbook from Cyndi Lauper that features such favourites as ‘Sex Is In The Heel’, ‘Land Of Lola’, ‘Soul of a Man’ and ‘The History of Wrong Guys’.

The musical boasts a hilarious and life-affirming book from Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein and is directed by Nikolai Foster (Grease and An Officer and a Gentleman). Kinky Boots is based on the 2005 Golden Globe-nominated musical comedy of the same name, starring Joel Edgerton and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

As well as Bristol, Kinky Boots The Musical’s 2025 tour will hit theatres in Leicester, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Norwich, Cardiff, Brighton, Birmingham, Plymouth, Newcastle, Leeds, Southampton, Belfast, Sheffield, Nottingham, Liverpool, Dublin, Oxford and more. Visit the production website for full details.
