Romesh is sold out - here are the next comedians on your list

Posted on: 14 Mar 2024

With the omnipresent comedy heavyweigh already sold out, now's the time to score tickets for other comedians.

Romesh Ranganathan will perform ‘Hustle’ at Bristol Beacon’s Beacon Hall on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 March 2024 - and it's already sold out.

The multi-award-winning comedian is best known for fronting such top series as The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, The Ranganation, Rob & Romesh Vs, A League Of Their Own, Asian Provocateur and as the new presenter of titanic BBC quiz show, Weakest Link as well as his own award-winning BBC podcast, For The Love Of Hip Hop.

Also an established writer, Romesh became a Sunday Times Bestseller with his autobiography, Straight Outta Crawley: The Memoirs Of A Distinctly Average Human Being. In 2020, he released his second book, As Good as it Gets: Life Lessons from a Reluctant Adult, and his debut children’s novel, Lil’ Muffin Drops the Mic last year.

Romesh is also an acting and writing sensation who created and starred in two new sitcoms in the past two years, namely BBC One’s Avoidance (which is returning for a second series) and Sky Max’s Getaway. He also recently starred in Aardman and Netflix’s Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget.

If you're disappointed that tickets are already gone, then turn your eye to the other comedy greats coming to Bristol - before it's too late.

The daft master of one-liners, Milton Jones, is coming to Bristol this December with his new show Ha! Milton - although it isn't a musical, it's sure to be popular and sell out, so get your tickets here. Also visiting Bristol next year with a new show is big-toothed, beloved funnyman Rob Beckett, with his show Giraffe - which is selling so quickly another date has had to be added, so get tickets quickly.

Another comedian who had to add a second date due to the speed of tickets selling is Jimmy Carr, coming a double header of his show Laughs Funny. November will see American import and one of TV's most prominent comedians, Katherine Ryan, visit Beacon Hall with her new show, Battleaxe. Tickets can be found here.

Finally, this Tuesday, 19 March, will see Ed Gamble come to the Hippodrome with his show Hot Diggity Dog - and only a few tickets are remaining. Get yours here.
