The ever-popular Bristol Volksfest returns this June

This three-day grassroots celebration of the best of the Volkswagen scene, brings together cool cars, camping, music and, of course, VW culture.

 

Bristol Volksfest runs at Birches Farm, Long Ashton from Friday 7 until Sunday 9 June 2024.

 

With a vast array of music, entertainment and food on offer as well as this year’s theme, ‘Carnival Las Vegas’ – a mash-up of Mardi Gras style carnival festivities and Las Vegas pop culture – the 31st edition of Bristol Volksfest promises to be an action-packed weekend. As ever, Volksfest have an eclectic mix of bands and DJs ready to rock you through the weekend with an eclectic blend of rock, blues, metal, folk and DnB. Acts confirmed so far include General Levy, The Killerz, Wilderman, Little Thief, Bootleggers Turn, Bristol Samba Band, Elvis! and more.

 

In terms of entertainment, punters can expect all the amazing bugs and buses as well as a host of exhilarating family entertainment. Get ready for Big Top Mania Circus Shows, Monster Truck Rides, bike shows, Live Wrestling Shows, Circus Skills workshops, Grafitti and Urban Art Demos, retro arcades and more.

 

Moving on to the Volksfest’s mouth-watering food roster, this year’s festival will be as jam-packed with worldwide flavours as ever with appearances from Nepali Nosh, Toots Pizza, The Pie Hole, Wrappers Delight, Pimp My Fries, Dalia Cocina Mexican, Bristol Burgers Bus and Dark Addiction Coffee.

 

Volksfest, of course, gives you the chance to show off your VWs and - if you’re particularly proud of your vehicle - why not apply to take part in ‘Show & Shine Sunday’? All you need to do is fill out the form and upload at least three pictures of your vehicle.
