Bristolian food connoisseurs will have the opportunity to spend a delicious evening with the inimitable chef and restaurateur, Yotam Ottolenghi.

 

Yotam Ottolenghi: The Comfort Tour will drop by Bristol Beacon’s Beacon Hall on Monday 9 September 2024.

 

Join Yotam as he celebrates the release of his eagerly anticipated new cook book, Comfort, his most personal work since his era-defining publications, Simple and Flavour – two essentials on any foodie’s bookshelf. General sale for this one opens at 10 AM tomorrow, Friday 2 February 2024.

Yotam Ottolenghi grew up in Israel to parents of Italian and German descent and spent childhood summers in Italy. Over the years, he has authored New York Times best selling cookbooks Plenty, Ottolenghi, Plenty More, NOPI, Sweet and Jerusalem – which also won numerous cookbook awards.

 

He also owns an eponymously named group of restaurants and another, Nopi, in London as well as appearing on various television shows and writing a weekly food column in The Guardian.

 

Live on the Beacon Hall stage in September, alongside one of his co-authors, Yotam will treat you to expert tips on infusing your kitchen with the iconic Ottolenghi flare, creating comforting meals bursting with vibrant colour, flavour, bounty and sunshine.

 

You will also have the opportunity to ask the maestro your own questions, with this unique live event bridging the gap between author and audience and reaching beyond the pages of Comfort. A true feast of the senses and soul, ‘The Comfort Tour’ is too delicious an opportunity to miss!
