The Fast Show announces 30th anniversary tour including a Bristol date

This special live show tour will give fans the chance to gain a behind-the-scenes insight into one of British comedy’s best-loved creations.

 

An Evening with The Fast Show will grace Bristol Beacon’s Beacon Hall on Friday 29 March 2024.

 

Bristol-based fans of the iconic TV comedy are in for a real treat as the original cast members Simon Day, Charlie Higson, John Thomson, Paul Whitehouse, Mark Williams and Arabella Weir are bringing their combined comedic genius across the country this spring – with Bristol one of their stop-offs!

 

Tickets go on general sale at 10 AM tomorrow, Friday 26 January 2024.

It’s been thirty years since viewers got their first glimpse of such illustrious characters as ‘Suits You Sir’, Ted and Ralph, ‘Does My Bum Look Big In This’, ‘The Competitive Dad’ and so many others.

 

Now, in celebration of this anniversary, The Fast Show gang are reuniting to take to the stage, giving audiences all over the UK a unique insight into their favourite show, telling you how they came up with the characters and catchphrases as well as recreating some of your favourite moments.

 

Taking to the stage will be Simon Day, Charlie Higson (now a celebrated novelist), John Thomson, Paul Whitehouse (a household name and co-star of the hit show, Gone Fishing), Mark Williams (known for his roles in Harry Potter and Father Brown) and Arabella Weir. Get ready to laugh, sing, reminisce, and create new memories!

 

As well as Bristol, An Evening with The Fast Show will drop by venues in London, Stoke, York, Glasgow, Oxford, Basingstoke, Coventry, Sheffield, Newcastle, Nottingham, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton and Liverpool between February and April 2024.
