Teletubbies Live : 12th - 13th September 2018
Join Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po in a brand new, captivating show ‘Big Hugs’ with life-size characters, vibrant stage design, puppetry, music and much more. As the iconic show celebrates it’s 20th anniversary, it’s the perfect time to introduce the little ones to the magic of theatre with this family-friendly show.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang : 18th - 22nd September 2018
Reenacting this famous fictional delight will be BLOC’s award-winning cast and full-scale orchestra. Watch as the Potts family outwit the evil Baron and Baroness and their villainous henchman, the Child Catcher, in this high-flying family adventure.
Madagascar The Musical : 9th – 13th October 2018
In this musical staging of the classic 2005 children’s blockbuster; all the beloved, furry characters will be brought to life in a tale of adventure, risk and, friendship. Playing Alex the lion will be the fantastic Matt Terry - 2016's X-Factor winner!
Cinderella : 8th December – 6th January 2019
It’s pantomime time, and your family will go to this Christmassy Bristol ball! Expect interactive performance, beautiful costumes, a full orchestra and, some famous faces. Comedian and musical theatre star Brian Conley bring this magical tale to life alongside fashion guru Gok Wan (or The Fairy Gokmother in this case) in this all-star, festive showcase.
Annie, The Musical : 19th - 23rd March 2019
Tagged as a ‘glorious revival’ by The Times, West End hit Annie The Musical is coming to Bristol Hippodrome in March! The show has an award-winning book and score and will feature all the film’s unforgettable songs. What's not to like?
Matilda, The Musical : 7th May – 8th June 2019
Extending its original tour, The Royal Shakespeare Company will be bringing Matilda The Musical to Bristol next year! Enjoy this acclaimed production of Roald Dahl’s beloved book which has appeared on the West End and Broadway, and has won over 85 international awards. This show is suitable for children over six years old.
