Booby's Bay - a heartfelt, amusing fable which tackles the UK's housing crisis - gets its premiere at The Wardrobe Theatre in Bristol and runs from Thursday 1st to Saturday 3rd March 2018.

The Wardrobe Theatre in Bristol

Written by Henry Drake, it tells the story of former fisherman Huck who resides in an empty second home in a secluded cove in Cornwall. But with the holiday season on the horizon, sharks approaching and the annual surfing competition almost in full swing, Huck is determined to make a stand and turn the tide, no matter what.

Drake's first full-length play, it's directed by Chris White and will, after what we predict will be an enthusiastic and well-received opening Bristol run, will go on for a series of performances at a holiday home in Cornwall. As you do.

Performances start at 8pm on all three days. Tickets cost £10 (£8 concessions) and can be purchased here.

The Wardrobe Theatre is located at The Old Market Assembly, 25 West Street, Bristol, BS2 0DF.  Tel. 117 902 0344
