Bristol Film Festival: Rush at Porsche Bristol on Thursday 15th February 2018

Posted on: 29 Jan 2018

A screening of the biographical, high-octane Formula One flick, Rush, will take place at Porsche Bristol on Thursday 15th February 2018.

Running in conjunction with Bristol Film Festival, the screening follows last year's hugely successful showing of Bullitt. Directed by Ron Howard and starring Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Bruhl, Rush is the fascinating, intense story of one of the most famous rivalries in sporting history between hell-raising James Hunt and methodical Nicki Lauda in the mid-1970s.

It's an epic battle between the two men both on and off the track with a tight script by Peter Morgan and solid co-starring support from Alexandra Maria Lara.

There are only a limited number of tickets for the event- which cost between £12 and £15 - and guests will be able to enjoy complimentary drinks before the projector whirrs into action.  Doors open at 6pm with the film starting at 6.45pm and finishing at approximately 9pm.
