Love Saves The Day unveil huge 2018 lineup, featuring Loyle Carner, Bicep, My Nu Leng and more!

Posted on: 25 Jan 2018

Following the massive news that UK dance music icon Fatboy Slim and 2017 Mercury Prize winner Sampha will be headlining this year's festival, Love Saves The Day have revealed the rest of their Summer lineup, and it's safe to say that they've got all the bases covered for the seventh chapter of the much-loved weekender. Tickets for this year's event on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May are selling fast, with weekend tickets already on third release - book yours now to avoid disappointment.

Love Saves The Day have revealed one of their biggest lineups to date, including Sampha, David Rodigan and the Outlook Orchestra, Loyler Carner and many more.

The team behind LSTD have reworked the schedule slightly for 2018, with genres spanning both days of the festival rather than being divided into separate lineups. Whether you're into hip-hop or house, disco or drum n bass, there's no shortage of talent on offer this year.

Before the huge headline set from Fatboy Slim on Saturday, festival goers at Eastville Park can enjoy a wide range of genres throughout the day, with prolific London producer George Fitzgerald, soulful renaissance man Tom Misch fresh off the back of his eagerly awaited album release in March and much more. House heavy-hitters Bicep also top the bill, enjoying the best stage of their career to date off the back of some of their strongest-ever releases.

The best of the rest includes much-loved local lads My Nu Leng, Krept & Konan, a live set from Four Tet and the genre-spanning mastery of a Floating Points DJ set. Keep an eye on the Mastermix Stage - nothing's been announced yet but it would be no surprise if Jackmaster brought a Glasgow contingent down South with him (think Denis Sulta and Jasper James).

Sunday sees 2017 Mercury Prize winner and breakthrough act of last year Sampha headline the main stage - sure to cut a very different figure to Fatboy Slim before him, but definitely one to watch nonetheless. Arguably the more diverse set-up of the two days, Sunday also welcomes acclaimed British hip-hop star Loyle Carner to Eastville Park off the back of the wildly successful Yesterday's Gone (2017) and a string of top class collaborations.

David Rodigan will offer up a very different, but equally unmissable, set on the same day, as he takes the stage with the 20-piece Outlook Orchestra, who some may remember from their mind-blowing show at last year's Bristol Harbour Festival. Other acts to look out for on Sunday include Drum n Bass master Andy C, as well as the stellar lineup on the Percolate Stage featuring The Black Madonna, Ben UFO, Joy Orbison and more.

A range of tickets for Love Saves The Day 2018 on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May are on sale now and can be found here. For more information and to follow ticket updates, visit the LSTD website.
