Royal Collection Trust commission Bristol Blue Glass to make special 'sapphire' water jug and glass set
Posted on: 21 Aug 2017Bristol Blue Glass are extremely proud to announce that Royal Collection Trust has commissioned a stunning sapphire water jug and glass set. The unique shapes and tones have been specially made by Bristol Blue Glass, to compliment the Royal Birdsong chinaware range.
Royal Collection Trust looks after the Royal Collection, one of the most important art collections in the world, and manages the public opening of the official residences of Her Majesty The Queen.
On Friday 21st July 2017 - the Bristol Blue Glass team had the pleasure of visiting The Buckingham Palace Garden Shop. Bristol Blue Glass Hot Floor Manager, David Barry commented, “The Bristol Blue Glass team are very proud and privileged to have been asked to commission such beautiful pieces of glass."
Sharon Crapanzano, Bristol Blue Glass Sales and Marketing Manager also added, “The team have worked so hard. It’s been such a joy seeing this commission grow. Not only is it an honour to be producing glass for Royal Collection Trust, but this coincides beautifully with us celebrating our own 30th year in business, next year.”
