The visitors’ book at Homestay Bristol reveals it to be a truly international establishment, frequented by visitors from all corners of the globe. It is a hostel with truly multicultural sentiments, occupying pride of place on the Clifton Triangle.

Sandwiched in between Boots and Subway on Queens Road, Homestay’s three storeys holds a series of rooms, which range from one to eight bed, a shared lounge area and a communal kitchen. Wifi is also available, free of charge, throughout the hostel and a daily maid service is in operation, as well as access to laundry services.

The hostel was established in 2012 by Michael Bennett, who had hosted foreign language students at his house in Filton for two years previous, when he moved into the 18-bedroom property in Clifton. In the half-decade since, the hostel has grown to incorporate 62 beds in a varied range of rooms.

Within walking distance of the Clifton Village, Suspension Bridge and city centre, the hostel makes the ideal base for a weekend (or longer) in Bristol.
