The Jetty is already synonymous with food excellence in Bristol and now, to showcase the skill and care that goes in to the food, the Executive Chef is offering a delicious 3-course demonstration lunch and a glass of wine from 12:30pm on Monday 1st May.

 

The setting just about manages to rival the food for quality. No expense was spared when transforming the famous building into the hotel restaurant and spa it has become. Opulent surroundings welcome diners as they sample some of the city’s best fayre.

Jasmine and seaweed smoked mackerel
With sweet and sour apples, avocado and wasabi ice cream

Breast of duck stuffed with slow cooked duck leg
With salt and pepper crispy squid and wilted ruby chard

With Stracciatella ice cream and almond biscotti
