The Italian restaurant on Baldwin Street are trialling a bottomless prosecco brunch, where the fun bubbles over and just keeps on flowing. Read on for more details.

What’s the only problem with prosecco? It always runs out! Well, it used to; that was before the folks at Aquila introduced their bottomless prosecco brunch, a timely tonic to your finite-prosecco woes.

Prosecco

Over the next three Saturdays, between 12pm and 4pm, Aquila will offer their new brunch menu, with 40 spaces for each day. This consists of an Aquila belini at the outset, before a starter of handmade focaccia and olives, any pizza or pasta as a main and a boozy affogato to finish, with all of this to be washed down by an unlimited supply of prosecco to last within each two hour slot. All of this comes to the price of £29.95 per person.
