Bristol Weekly Weather Forecast - Could things finally be looking up?

Posted on: 06 Mar 2017

With Storm Doris a very recent memory, Bristol has been having flashbacks over the past few days. Thankfully, it looks like things are settling down and we can get on with Spring finally. It's not all plain sailing but it's certainly better than we've had for a long while.

Bristol Weekly Weather Forecast

Below is our day-by-day weather forecast, informed by BBC and those at the Met Office, complete with a suggestion of a weather-suitable activity. Have a great week!

Monday 6th March - Pugilist Specialist at Alma Tavern opens tonight and runs until Saturday 11th March

A good, if little chilly, start to the week. Light cloud and sunny spells mean no rain. Temperatures might just about creep towards 10 degrees.

Tuesday 7th March - Sue Perkins at Colston Hall

Another bright but cold start. Temperatures will hit just 9 degrees before the evening brings rain long into the night.

Wednesday 8th March - Steak Night at The White Horse in Westbury-on-Trym

Last night's rain will still be around come morning. It should clear up quickly but will make for a rather damp trip to work. The thicker cloud cover will mean that temperatures will reach 13 degrees so it's not all bad.

Thursday 9th March - Little Shop of Horrors at Redgrave Theatre

A thoroughly average day will see white cloud cover all day after slight chance of some early showers. Temperatures around 10 degrees.

Friday 10th March - MORTIIS + PIG at The Fleece

A little more gloomy today but it looks like the rain will stay away despite the grey clouds. Temperatures will be a reasonable 13 degrees.

Saturday 11th March - Creative writing workshop: Short Fiction at Spike Island

A little more exciting today as it will be a mixture of sunshine (remember that?) and showers. Temperatures will hit 12 degrees. Definitely worth taking a brolly with you regardless of what the weather looks like as you leave the house.

Sunday 12th March - Recommended Bristol Sunday Roasts

Back to a rather more boring day today. 11 degrees, thick but white clouds and around a 20 % chance of rain.
