Celebrate New Year's Eve at The Alma Tavern Extravaganza
Posted on: 19 Dec 2016Cap off 2016 with a great NYE at The Alma Tavern in Clifton. It's one of Bristol's favourite venues and their annual New Year's spectacular is the culmination of a year of great events, performances and, most importantly, good times!
The drinks on offer will reflect the season: expect mulled cider and wine, prosecco and all the usual favourites you would expect from a pub with such tradition as The Alma. Food will be served from 12.30pm - 4pm and 6pm - 9.30pm. Special options are available for those booking in advance - call or email them and ask for a Christmas menu! Bar favourites will also be available, and tasty snacks and pastries for those with lighter appetites.
As a little pre NYE treat, Cinderella; The Cillit Bang Years begins at 8pm - a Christmassy comedy throwing the traditional tale of Cinderella into modern-day Bristol.
The evening's musical entertainment is provided by the fantastic Gee Baby I Love You! Gee Baby are a firm establishment of the Bristol music scene, and will be bringing their infectious soul-funk to the Alma, starting the party at 10pm and bringing us into the new year in style.
