The current set menu theme will be sticking around for just a little bit longer as it has proved so popular thus far -  "The Pickle & Liquor Project" is a 5 or 7 course menu set in the stunning surroundings of The Rummer. There is a Meat, Fish or Vegetarian menu available in 5 course form, with the 7 course borrowing dishes from all three. Expect the likes of: Wild Squirrel Confit, Wild Boar Bacon, NutsCrispy Mussels, Smoked Conger, ColcannonMango & Smoked Roots, Sauerkraut Cake, Hibiscus Jam to name just one dish from each. All are available with a drinks flight, which will certainly be a great option to include given The Rummer's long-confirmed expertise when it comes to drinks knowledge.

It's not just exquisite tasting menus that are available though; lunch is taken care of expertly from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11am-5pm on a Saturday. The location in the centre of the city means there's no excuse not to give it a try soon. With prices of the varied dishes ranging from £4.50 to £9 it won't break the bank either.
